Introduction to Kinesiology Workshop

Throughout the year we offer the Introduction to Kinesiology workshop, a short interactive 3-hour session which is structured for people new to Kinesiology. You will learn simple practical techniques in a fun, hands-on environment.

Kinesiology in common medical usage is “the study of muscles and muscular movement”. However, when coupled with techniques in the Natural Health Field, a whole new concept is applied: the use of muscle testing to evaluate body and energy function.

What will you Learn?

✔️What is Kinesiology

✔️Whole body testing using Yes/No answers

✔️Testing for dehydration in the body

✔️How to detect and correct Neural Disorganisation (Switching)

✔️Emotional Stress Release (ESR) techniques

Facilitated by Edmund Faust, College Principle, or one of our senior lecturers, this workshop also includes a information session to discuss the training offered at Kinesiology Connection to become a certified Kinesiologist.
