Connie discovered Kinesiology over 15 years ago due to her own health concerns. Kinesiology guided Connie back to health and gave her the opportunity to experience new insights from within and open up to a better life and whole new way of being. Through Kinesiology, Connie has found she has reduced her stress levels and cleared outdated behaviours.

Connie's primary practice is in Keilor Downs where she also resides with her husband and family. As a mother of two young children, Connie understands how essential it is to find balance in life and within ourselves which brings great happiness to us, our families and to the lives of those around us.

Connie works with people who present all types of issues, eg. stress and anxiety related problems, childhood traumas, depressive tendencies, self-worth issues, but also offers sessions for things like sports performance, addictions, and many more.
