PDG - Summary
Pelvic Diaphragm & Girdle

These are two units which teach the student skills to release a twisted, jammed sacro-iliac joint with accompanying leg length difference and possible cervical involvement.
  • They learn disc palpation, how to correct pubic torque and sacral and coccyx (tail bone) compression.

  • They also learn how to improve the muscle tone in the pelvic floor muscles, that are severely stressed or torn during child-birth, and adjust the tone of the sphincters relating to bowel and bladder function, and provide relief from the misery and humiliation of urinary incontinence.
