"Kinesiology will help you improve Self-Esteem,
Wellbeing & Performance in all Areas Of Your Life."

*Where, as the result of injury, emotional trauma, nutritional or other unresolved stress, the energy flow is interrupted, the whole body is affected. The exact nature of blockage in the energy flow can be more closely identified by 'muscle testing'. Acupressure massage, light touch and other simple correction skills are used to restore muscle 'balance', which has a flow-on effect into total body energy.

This energy balancing that is at the heart of Kinesiology may involved dealing with one or more of the stress factors already mentioned: identifying a nutritional lack or excess, clearing a negative emotional component, relieving pain, stimulating the integration of muscle groups, or improving mental and physical coordination.

What Applications Are Used?

Kinesiology utilises a wide range of natural therapies and modalities for a return to better health and wellbeing. Some of the ones we apply at Kinesiology Connection include:

Mechanical Corrections

Muscle testing used by Kinesiologists does not measure the pure physical strength that a muscle can produce, but rather how the nervous system controls its muscle functions.

There are over two-hundred bones connected to hundreds of muscles in the body. These all need to be working properly together, to enable good nerve, lymph and blood supply throughout the body. Gentle corrections and alignment of these systems may be applied to balance the body’s physical structure.

Muscle monitoring is used to assess what is functioning abnormally. This can be eg. a problem with the nervous system, the lymphatic drainage, the vascular supply to a muscle or organ, a nutritional excess or deficiency, a problem with the cranial-sacral - TMJ mechanism, an imbalance in the meridian system or a host of other problems. Testing individual muscles in an accurate manner and determining what is affecting   physiological functioning of the body helps to more accurately find what is going on. Various treatment methods are then applied to the problems that have been found.

Kinesiology borrows from many different disciplines and through the use of accurate, scientific muscle testing, in addition to the knowledge of the practitioner, helps direct the care to exactly what the patient's needs are.

Kinesiology is often called 'muscle balancing' or 'energy balancing' ~ helping the body into a better position to heal itself or reach a specified goal by 'balancing' its energies.

Nutrition and Diet

This plays a major part in health and well-being.

Kinesiology can assess a person’s nutritional status, including food intolerances, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and other chemical sensitivities, as described throughout this page.

Energetic Medicines

There are many varieties of stress-diffusing and healing Essences, including those made from trees and flowers, eg. Bach Flowers, Australian Bush Flowers, Living Essences, Shell Essences, etc. Plants and herbs are, like everything else in creation, energy. As we have seen in the Bach and other Flower Essence Remedies, it is possible to use their individual vibrations to harmonise and heal.

Also, *Homoeopathic preparations and Tissue Cell Salts are applied. All of these are vibrational energy balancing remedies, which are specifically tested according to the person’s unique physiology and symptoms. These remedies then stimulate the body’s own unique healing response.

*Homeopathy is system of medicine which is based on natural laws which have always existed but which were only discovered, understood and applied therapeutically some 200 years ago. Homeopathic medicines are prepared from source substances derived from all three of nature's kingdoms, vegetable, mineral and animal as well as from the realm of energy where medicines have been produced from different forms of radiation for example.

Subtle Energy Balancing

Every human has subtle energy centres and meridians that flow around the body, and which when blocked, lead to dis-ease.

Kinesiology can detect disruptions to chakras and the aura and remove them, bringing about balance, health and wellbeing [more].
