After several years of writing, editing and running test-workshops, the K-Power® series is now available.
It is the latest Kinesiology training program developed by Dr Bruce and Joan Dewe.

K-Power® is a series of one- and two-day workshops with a wide range of applications.
Some are aimed at lay-people wanting to better manage their stress and energy levels, others are geared towards professional health practitioners wishing to expand their skills.

K-Power® has launched world-wide.

Outline:

This workshop contains K-Power®'s basic tool-box. The 'must-have' skills: using the fundamental concepts of Five-Element theory, the 'great-8' muscles; the CV and GV energy reservoirs; six basic balancers; NEs, NVs, meridians, VRs, nutrition and accumulation points; four fundamental techniques; ESR, origin and insertion, spindles, golgi; circuit locating and how to shift blocked energy using a powerful goal-oriented balancing process.

Outline:

People are often plagued by pain, restricted movement and weakness and are looking for relief. By strengthening the core muscles of the body many improvements in posture, health, mobility and the quality of life can occur. Muscles and 'corrections' that improve core muscle strength are discussed in detail.
